Karsh Hagan | Madden Media Elevates Sarah Hupp Foster to President of Allied Services 

TUCSON, AZ (APRIL 21, 2026)  — The lines between Public Relations, SEO, MarTech, and Experiential have blurred. In an era of AI summaries, LLMs, and zero-click searches, being “found” is increasingly a math problem, but being “trusted” remains human. To bridge that gap, Karsh Hagan | Madden Media today named Sarah Hupp Foster as President of Allied Services.

Foster’s promotion follows 14 years scaling the agency’s digital operations, complemented by an MBA from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. Based in Tucson, she brings together deep agency experience and strategic rigor to strengthen brand trust and community engagement. Her appointment positions KH and Madden Media’s Allied Services division for continued growth in an AI-driven market.

As architect of KH and Madden’s new Trust Ecosystem, Hupp Foster will lead a fully integrated division spanning all agency disciplines. Her creative direction rooted in efficiency and process will ensure a brand’s core truth carries across every touchpoint, transforming fragmented interactions into cohesive, action-driving experiences.

“PR, SEO, and MarTech are no longer separate functions, they’re all part of the same ecosystem of discovery and credibility, especially as Generative AI shapes how the consumer engages with your product” said Hupp Foster. “My goal is to unify these disciplines so discovery leads to meaningful, trust-building moments.”

This integrated approach is already delivering results. For Discover Puerto Rico, Madden developed a digital platform powered by NLP and the MindTrip AI chatbot, driving an 81% increase in users and more than 560,000 monthly organic sessions. In earned media, the 1000 Islands campaign reframed a geopolitical tension into a story of unity, generating nearly 200 million impressions in outlets including The Globe & Mail. For Visit Tampa Bay, the “Go and You’ll Know” campaign combined experiential, influencer, and media strategies to boost out-of-state awareness and visitation.

The Allied Services division will serve as a centralized hub supporting clients across tourism, hospitality, financial services, healthcare, and more—delivering data-informed, human-centered strategies built for an evolving digital landscape.
