As Madden Media & Karsh Hagan continue growing together, we’re making a few updates across our operations to better reflect how we show up moving forward.
As part of this next chapter, you’ll begin seeing emails come from our new domain: khm.agency. Beginning late June, we’ll need you to take the following actions:
- Loop in your IT Team: Notify your IT department of our transition to khm.agency to update your organization-wide contact lists, billing networks, and procurement systems. Please DO NOT allow-list our domain or create custom bypass filters, as this opens the door for spoofing and phishing.
- Update Personal Contacts: Change our team’s email addresses in your personal address book from our current domain to @khm.agency to ensure your direct messages route correctly.
- Check Junk/Spam Folders: If our correspondence doesn’t arrive as expected during this transition, please mark the message as “Not Junk” to help your mail provider recognize our new identity.
